Tamiya ARM Crawler is a unique kit equipped with a 2-channel remote control. This unique assembly kit is paired with a dual gearbox and a 2-channel remote control kit, providing an engaging and controllable crawling experience. The ARM Crawler has four tracks, with two tracks located on independently moving arms. This design provides excellent maneuverability and enables it to overcome obstacles up to 45 millimeters high.
The independently moving arm can rotate, allowing it to grab onto sloping or elevated surfaces and drag the model. This feature enables ARM Crawler to handle climbs and descents up to 45 millimeters. This kit comes with an intuitive 2-channel remote control box that allows for forward and backward movement as well as different turning radii. The ARM Crawler is driven by two 130 type motors installed in a dual motor gearbox.
The body parts of the ARM Crawler feature a bright yellow tone, reminiscent of real-life work vehicles. The transparent gearbox showcases its internal mechanical structure, adding educational elements to the fun. The model moves at a speed of approximately 1 meter every 9 seconds.
The assembly of ARM Crawler includes connecting the motor and remote control, then clamping and twisting the various parts together, and performing some simple wiring.
Please note that the assembly of ARM Crawler requires two AA and C batteries, which are not included in the kit.
