The GZERO Sumo Robot Mechanical Kit (without electronic devices) uses specially designed Sumo robot gears to improve speed and usability. The 0.6 module helps achieve good deceleration with only 1 level while maintaining a small size. Small gears are specifically manufactured for 6mm shaft maxon motors. The small gear completely covers the shaft.

The wheels are directly molded onto aluminum wheels through vulcanization, making the robot more sturdy. The best neodymium magnets are used for Japanese sumo robots. Each magnet can provide a significant pulling force to the robot. Smaller modules have high accuracy, but also lower strength.

Use infrared technology that is not easily affected by the lighting in the sumo robot competition hall as a sensing sensor to detect the opponent's robot.
