product description
UHand UNO is an open-source robotic arm tailored for beginners, based on Atmega328 and compatible with Arduino. It features high-performance hardware such as a 6-channel knob controller, Bluetooth module, and 6 anti blocking servos. Additionally, it reserves a variety of sensor expansion interfaces to enhance user flexibility in secondary development.
1) Arduino compatibility:
Fully compatible with Arduino hardware interface, software compatible with Arduino interface, fully compatible with Arduino, software compatible with Arduino IDE. Provide open source code with detailed comments to facilitate your development.
2) Knob dynamic control:
Quickly control the movement of the palm joint through the knob potentiometer, immersing yourself in the seamless operation of the robotic arm.
3) APP control:
Easily control uHand UNO through the application, simply click the button or slide the slider to perform the desired operation.
4) Offline action editing:
Quickly record palm movements using rotary potentiometers and buttons. This feature allows offline action editing and manipulation.
2. Hardware Introduction
1) Anti blocking servo device:
Built in stall protection algorithm ensures that the servo will not burn out due to blockage or collision, greatly extending the service life of the servo.
2) Support AI vision module:
UHand UNO can be extended through the ESP32Cam module to unlock a wider range of creative visual applications.
3) Built in Bluetooth module:
The uHand UNO expansion board is equipped with a Bluetooth interface that can be integrated with Bluetooth modules. This feature will be helpful for your project development.
4) Infinite creativity:
Expand the functionality of miniArm with various sensors and unlock endless possibilities for your project.
3. Support sensor expansion
Equipped with sensor expansion pack, including Esp32 Cam vision module, luminescent ultrasonic sensor, touch module, acceleration sensor, etc. You can program to release features such as visual tracking, color classification, and distance measurement
1) Acoustic distance measurement:
Users can place obstacles in front of the miniArm emitting ultrasonic module and then move the obstacles towards the miniArm. Robots will react differently, and their RGB lights will vary according to their distance from obstacles.
2) Posture control
Using acceleration sensors to detect posture and adjust the gripping and placement actions of the robotic arm.
3) Soundwave grabbing ball
When the uHand UNO ultrasonic module detects an object, the buzzer on the expansion board will sound and the RGB light will turn green. At this point, the user can place a ball at the center of the robotic arm, prompting the robot to grab the ball and rotate it to the left to release it.
4) Finger counting
Users can activate uHand UNO by touching the metal plate of the touch sensor, causing it to open its hand and start counting. When all five fingers are extended, the touch sensor can be used to close all five fingers and start counting again.
4. Equipped with AI vision module
The uHand UNO can be equipped with the ESP32 Cam module, which can achieve creative functions such as color recognition and classification, color tracking, facial recognition, and visual image feedback.
5. Sensory glove control
UHand UNO can be controlled through sensory gloves, where the potentiometer on the gloves can control the rotation of the hand servo and the wrist can control the rotation of the gimbal servo.
