The Dr. Robot Jaguar 4x4 mobile platform is designed for indoor and outdoor operations, requiring higher ground clearance and faster maneuverability. The Jaguar 4x4 wheeled platform is the wheeled version of the Jaguar Lite platform. It is driven by four powerful (80W) motors, one for each wheel. It is sturdy, durable, lightweight (<20Kg), fast (up to 15km/hr), high ground clearance (88mm), compact, weather resistant, and waterproof. It is designed specifically for rugged terrain, capable of crossing vertical steps up to 155mm and climbing low stairs (up to 110mm steps).
It is fully connected wirelessly (802.11G). It integrates outdoor GPS and 9 DOF IMU (gyroscope/accelerometer/compass) for autonomous navigation. The integrated high-resolution video/audio and laser scanner (optional) provides remote operators with detailed information about the surrounding environment. In addition to ready-made control and navigation software, a complete development kit is also provided, including SDK, data protocol, and sample code.

Operation scenario
The following diagram illustrates a typical operational scenario. Dr. Robot Jaguar 4x4 Mobile Platform is a wireless network outdoor mobile robot. It is equipped with a wireless 802.11 AP/router. The remote host controller PC running the 'Jaguar Control' program is connected to the Dr. Robot Jaguar 4x4 mobile platform via a network cable or wireless connection. End users can use the provided development APIs and tools to develop their own Jaguar control programs.

You can use the included Gamepad controller to control the robot. When used outdoors, especially under direct sunlight, head mounted displays (not included) will provide a clear large display screen, bringing an excellent outdoor experience.
